Returns + Delivery
When you receive your order please inspect it for any defects or damage that could be caused in transit. If there are any problems please call us within 24 hours of delivery and we will try to resolve them there and then.
If you need to return the product please contact us first.
When you return it you must send in its original condition – except for instances where it may have been damaged – with packaging intact. We regret that after this period we may not be able to accept the return of the product.
Once the original order is returned, and if found to be defective, we will repair or arrange for a replacement.
You may cancel your order at any time within 30 days of receipt without cause and receive a refund of the price paid. To do this, please contact us first quoting your original order number and we will arrange to collect from an address on a weekday convenient to you.
Product(s) should be returned in the same condition in which you receive them and at your own cost and risk. We reserve the right not to refund you in full if the product is deemed to have been used.
If we have not dispatched your order when you call to cancel, we will simply refund your payment in full.
Any statutory Consumer rights are unaffected by this Agreement.
Unless otherwise stated, we will provide a lifetime warranty for this product provided that it has been used for the purposes it is intended.
If the Product becomes defective within this period, we will repair or replace it within a reasonable time. We will use all reasonable care to resolve problems within a realistic period in the circumstances.
We will dispatch your order within 2 working days. We deliver throughout the US, using the US postal ground service. This can take up between 5 and 7 days. The cost for this is $16.99 in addition to the basic buying price of your order.
We make every effort to deliver to you at the time and to the place we state on the Order Confirmation E-mail, but there may be occasions when we cannot or, for reasons outside our control, we may not be able to do so.
We also endeavor to make the product available when you want it. However, we cannot always guarantee availability. If it is not in stock we will tell you when ordering and we will not take any payment.
Dispatch times are estimates and we aim to meet them at all times. If we are unable to do so we will inform you by e-mail or by telephone.
